Having worked closely with children and the rising generation, Mindy understands the unique challenges and opportunities that come with family wealth. Through her experiences as Founder of Family Wealth Factor, Chief Learning Officer at Family Office Exchange, education roles in two Single Family Offices, and over a decade in higher education, Mindy’s entire career has been dedicated to human capital development and designing innovative programs to equip young people with the knowledge and confidence to navigate their futures.
